Delicious and Detoxifying Green Juice Recipe

Inspired by my favourite Super-Greens juice at Wagamama,
here is my recipe for a delicious and detoxifying green juice.

3 green apples
1/3 cucumber
4 stalks celery
1 lime
handful of mint

Wash ingredients well
Peel Lime
Put all ingredients through the juicer

This juice is light and refreshing and full of detoxifying ingredients.

Green Apples - high in fiber and keep the digestive tract clean and healthy
Cucumber - hydrating, rich in anti-oxidants and help you maintain a healthy weight
Celery - aids digestion, regulates your bodies alkaline balance and lowers blood pressure
Lime - rich in vitamin C, aids digestion, aids weight-loss
Mint - rich in anti-oxidants, relieves indigestion, prevents allergies and asthma

If you're not keen on the idea of green-juicing, I totally recommend trying this one to ease you in. It was the first vegetable-juice which I tried and now I'm much more adventurous with my juice cocktails.
